THAI MASSAGE (On Table)

A traditional hands-on Eastern healing art, Thai massage, often referred to as assisted yoga massage, offers help with a wide range of conditions from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health. Thai massage is a deeply relaxing therapy and regular sessions help to prevent the build-up of stress in our daily lives. We perform our Thai Massage on-table. INFRARED SAUNA TREATMENT (For one or for two)

Add 30 minutes of time in the infrared sauna to any of your appointments and increase the therapeutic value exponentially. In order to achieve the fullest therapeutic benefits, it is not recommended to shower until after two hours after a sauna session. Some warm moist towels, dry towels, and robe are available as are spa wraps for women. We need 15 minutes to warm up the sauna.
